Welcome to the Emotion-Focused Therapy Clinic at York University!
Dr. Les Greenberg, primary originator and developer of Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT) runs the training clinic in affiliation with the York University Psychology Clinic (YUPC), a state-of-the-art community mental health and training centre associated with the Department of Psychology in the Faculty of Health at York University. The EFT clinic is a member of the International Society of Emotion-Focused Therapy (ISEFT).
For practitioners, the EFT clinic is a place for learning about Emotion-focused therapy through continuing education Institutes led by certified ISEFT trainers in EFT.
For individuals in the community, the EFT clinic is a place to see an EFT-trained therapist.
For clinical psychology graduate students, the clinic is pleased to announce that we are a member of the Toronto Area Internship Consortium and through this affiliation offer a pre-doctoral training experience focused on emotion-focused therapy.
